Executive Director

Welcome to Tabasamu Foundation Uganda.

At Tabasamu, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, hope and purpose. Our mission is rooted in serving communities, empowering people and creating sustainable solutions to the challenges they face.

We focus on education, women and youth empowerment, health and welfare, water and sanitation, environmental protection, humanitarian support and mindset transformation. Through partnerships and community-led initiatives, we seek to turn needs into opportunities and challenges into lasting solutions.

Our work is guided by integrity, compassion, inclusiveness, accountability, sustainability and respect for human dignity. We believe that meaningful development is achieved when communities are not simply beneficiaries, but active partners in creating their own future.
